Seven Stars is nestled in the hills of Arrington, VA. Our venue is filled with natural beauty, with that comes natural terrain such as, grass, hills and dirt roads. There are accessible routes that connect the venue and stages as well as the parking, camping and activity areas. Be prepared to traverse distances that are not paved.

There will be an accessible shuttle available for our Access Patrons in 2026. This will be a new system that will feature stops close to the viewing areas, camping and parking. More information and an Access Patron Map will be coming as we get closer to the event. You will also be able to get more information when you are at Seven Stars at the Access Centers. These will be located in Accessible Camping and the main venue.

We encourage all of our patrons to make choices in regards to mobility that they are comfortable with while considering the natural elements of Seven Stars. Many of our patrons have found mobility devices useful to navigate our event. Charging for mobility devices will be available at the Access Centers.

At each tollbooth and gate, you will find an Access Lane. This will be marked with the universal sign for accessibility, the wheelchair symbol.

This lane will be for any patron with a disability that will need a little wider lane or an entry experience that is not so "go-go-go". The staff in this lane will be trained on welcoming patrons with disabilities.

This will also be the an Access Lane into the venue that patrons with pre-approved accommodations should use.

All parking at Seven Stars is for purchase, this includes Accessible Parking. There will be designated Accessible Parking spaces in all patron parking areas of our event.

To be directed to Accessible Parking you will need to clearly display your government-issued Accessible Parking placard or plate. This placard or plate must be issued to you, the driver, or another ticket holder in the vehicle that requires the accommodation.

If you anticipate arriving in a vehicle, such as a rental, and you are unable to bring your Accessible Parking placard or plate with you, please reach out to our Accessibility Director: accessibility@sevenstarsfest.com.

Seven Stars has a designated Access Camping Area for our patrons seeking accommodations. This area provides space for: Car Camping, Tent-Only Camping, Powered and Non-Powered RVs.

Access Camping is intended for patrons needing accommodations to enjoy our show. This area is close to the entrance and is located near pathways for ease of movement. Additionally there will be Accessible Restrooms and Accessible Showers in this area. Our Accessible Shuttle will also have a stop in Access Camping at the Access Center.

To camp in Access Camping you must first purchase a ticket and camping pass to Seven Stars. When you enter the festival please use the Access Lane that is marked with a wheelchair symbol. Be sure your government-issued Accessible Parking placard or plate is clearly visible. This placard or plate must be issued to you, the driver, or another ticket holder in the vehicle that requires the accommodation.

Please let us know if you are seeking a spot in Access Camping or have an accommodation request for another camping area by filling out our Heads-Up form. This helps us plan for all patrons coming to stay with us. You can give us a Heads-Up by completing this form.

We encourage guests seeking accessible accommodations to purchase a hotel package at the Graduate by Hilton Charlottesville. Immediately after purchase, please reach out to Guest Services via this form and provide the details of your accessible hotel room or hotel shuttle-related request. 

For our patrons needing an accessible hotel room, please note that The Wintergreen Resort does not offer accessible rooms at this time.

For our patrons seeking accommodations, information and wristbands will be available at the Access Centers. These will be located in the Access Camping area and the main venue.

Closer to the event we will release a Seven Stars Access Patron Map - stay tuned!

Accessible Viewing will be available at each stage. To gain entry to these areas, you will need an Access Program wristband. These are available free of charge at the Access Centers.

A few notes about Accessible Viewing Areas at Seven Stars:

• These areas are first come, first serve. For the safety of all our patrons, when these areas have reached capacity our Access Team Ushers will let you know and ask you to check back soon for a spot. We ask that our patrons are respectful to our ushers as we prioritize safety.
• At Seven Stars, we want every patron to have an opportunity to enjoy the shows in our Accessible Viewing Areas. Because these areas are first come, first served we ask all our patrons to be mindful with their companion.
• All Accessible Viewing areas are non-smoking & non-vaping spaces.

Seven Stars welcomes all patrons, including those that experience our event with the assistance of a Service Animal.

Seven Stars and ALL IN do not support pets being misrepresented by their owners as trained service animals. Pets must stay at home, no exceptions. This is for the safety of all our fans and trained service animals. A rocking music festival is frightening and stressful for an untrained animal.

A Service Animal is a canine or miniature-pony that has been trained to perform one (or more) specific task(s) for the person with a disability that it serves. Emotional Support Animals or Therapy Animals are not considered Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and therefore are not allowed into our venue.

When passing through the tollbooth and/or gates you will receive a short & respectful screening by a member of the Access Team. A band will then be placed on the collar or harness of your Service Animal. This band is a visual alert to all our staff, indicating that you have already been screened to prevent you from being stopped and questioned multiple times in different areas of the event. This tag is only for your ease of movement throughout the festival and is not a credential to get you into the festival. You, the handler, must have a ticket/wristband to enter Seven Stars.

You will not be asked for any documentation for your service animal to gain entry. All canine service animals must have proof of current and valid rabies vaccination on them or with their handlers at all times in public places, this is in accordance with local regulations. This is for the safety of all of our valued fans and service animals working at our event.

Please note: It is a criminal offense in the state of Virginia to misrepresent a pet as a service animal according to § 51.5-44.1
Please note: Viriginia law requires all canines in public areas to be vaccinated against rabies.

During Seven Stars:

• Your Service Animal must always remain with you at all times & it must be your service animal.
• Your Service Animal must be under your control at all times and have a collar, harness or lead.
• Your service animal must never be left in a vehicle or campsite alone.

If (for some reason) your Service Animal displays unsafe behavior of any kind, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the animal from the festival. Additionally, we reserve the right to facilitate removal and/or refuse access to any animal from the campgrounds or venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival fans, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of our policies.
