If someone has transferred Valley of the Seven Stars tickets or products to you, here's how to claim them.
Step 1 — Check your email You'll receive an email invitation from Tixr at the address the sender used. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. The transfer can only be accepted from the exact email address the sender entered, so if you don't see it at all, confirm with the person who sent it that they used the right address.
Step 2 — Accept the transfer Click the link in the email to accept. If you already have a Tixr account linked to that email address, you'll be prompted to log in. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one — it's free.
Step 3 — Find your tickets Once accepted, the tickets will appear in your Tixr Wallet. Log in at Tixr.com or on the Tixr mobile app, and navigate to your Wallet to find your order.
Important — your tickets will be will call: All tickets and products received through a transfer are set to will call pickup at the festival. You will not have the option to add shipping. Plan to pick up your wristband(s) at the box office on-site.
A few things to know:
- Once you accept a transfer, the tickets belong to your account — the original purchaser can no longer access them
- If you change your mind, you can return a transferred ticket from your Wallet, which sends it back to the original purchaser
- Once you receive a ticket transfer, you will not have access to post-purchase add-ons through that transferred order. To help with this, we have posted add-ons as standalone products on Tixr so fans can purchase them separately if needed.
