FAN EXPRESSION CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES & DISCLAIMER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

 

1. SPONSOR

This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by [100x, LLC] ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used for entry. By entering this Contest, you agree to these rules. 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
  • Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on March 12th at 4PM ET and ends on March 24th at 4PM ET ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, participants may enter by:

  1. Creating an original work of creative expression — including but not limited to a sculpture, song, video, artwork, written piece, or other creative format that portrays what being a Seven Stars fan means to you.
  2. Posting the entry publicly on Instagram or TikTok using the official contest hashtag #7SFanOfTheYear and tagging @sevenstarsfest.
  3. Ensuring the account used to post is public at the time of entry and throughout the judging period.
  4. You may also submit your original work of creative expression by submitting this form.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

 

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & CONTENT GUIDELINES

All entries must:

  • Be the original work of the entrant.
  • Not contain content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • Not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Not include copyrighted music, video, or other third-party content without proper authorization (this includes unlicensed commercial music in videos).
  • Comply with the terms of service of the platform on which it is posted.

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the entry for marketing. 

 

6. JUDGING

Entries will be judged by Sponsor on the following criteria:

  • Creativity & Originality
  • Expression of Fan Experience
  • Overall Impact / Wow Factor

Judging will take place approximately March 24-April 7, 2026. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

 

7. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

  • Four (4) VIP Festival Passes to Seven Stars Fest in Arrington, VA
  • Four-Person Pre-Set RV Package
  • Side Stage Viewing during GRiZ's headlining set for winner and three (3) guests (during two songs)
  • Festival Merchandise Pack

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,500

No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and will have a 1099 issued.

 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

  • Potential winner will be notified via Direct Message on entry submission platform.
  • Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

 

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, winner consents to use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Sponsor without further compensation.

 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical malfunctions; or unauthorized human intervention.
  • By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

 

11. DISPUTES

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law provisions. Entrants agree to binding arbitration and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to this Contest.

 

12. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor, not to the respective platform.
